Security and Privacy
Your security is extremely important to Clarke McKenzie. For this reason, online payments are processed by Eway and offer the highest level of security. This website is protected by SiteLock Security and encrypted SSL Certificate.
No personal information about you will ever be given away, sold, loaned to any other party or in any way abused.
You are asked to protect your account login and password. It there has been unauthorized activity on your account, please let us know and change your password.
Availability
This is not a stock controlled website, therefore some changes in availability can occur. Clarke McKenzie Ltd reserves the right to make these changes without notice when necessary. Should you order a product that cannot be supplied within a few days you will be informed and offered a variety of solutions to suit, including a refund.
Pricing
The default currency setting is in New Zealand Dollars and includes 15% GST. Prices can be displayed in other currencies (top right of page). For international orders, the price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchases into NZD at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
While every effort is made to preserve the integrity of the pricing we reserve the right to amend prices without notice. Pricing may vary between the online store and the physical store. We endeavor to honor all displayed pricing but will offer alternative solutions, including a refund, when this is not possible.
We work hard at not only supplying excellent products and service, but at bringing them to you at the best possible price. If you find a stocked product advertised cheaper elsewhere, let us know and if we’ve got it, we’ll match it.
Freight
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours when possible. Delivery time varies depending on location but can usually be expected within three days though may take up to one week if we are waiting for stock to arrive to fill your order. If there is any longer delay you will be contacted and offered alternative solutions, including a refund. If the incorrect freight option has been selected for your purchase, the short-fall may be payable prior to dispatch of your order.
Urgent freight services are available, please let us know if you require this. Additional charges can apply.
Freight charges for international orders are calculated case-by-case. For this, please place your order then choose from the economy or priority freight options Clarke McKenzie Ltd will supply by email. The final charge to your credit card will be adjusted to reflect your freight choice.
Returns
You are welcome to return any standard stock item for a no-questions-asked full refund (excluding freight) or exchange within 14 days of it’s dispatch date. No fuss, no problem. All we ask is that the goods are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Saddles and items intent ordered for you require a Return Authority Number (RAN) before they can be returned. Please contact the store directly if you require a RAN. Freight may be payable on exchanges.
Faulty goods must be returned to the store in clean condition for assessment, prior to any replacement, refund or repair being actioned.
Clarke McKenzie will meet all our responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
International Orders
International orders are exempt of our local tax (GST). The default pricing of this website is in New Zealand Dollars and includes 15% GST. Pricing can be viewed in alternative currencies, but this still includes the local tax.

In order to prevent credit card fraud, international orders may be subject to further security questions prior to dispatch of goods, or you may be asked for payment via another method, such as an international funds transfer. The price advertised might not be exactly the same as the price charged to your credit card due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to NZD at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
