Windsock Range

Small Windsock
Uses
18 Knots fully inflated
Used at aerodromes, helipads, marine, factories and industrial sites.
Cord supplied to attach windsock to frame.

Dimensions
To fit a 340mm diameter frame ring.
Windsock length is 1.22 metres long

Large Windsock
Uses
25 Knots fully inflated
Used at airports, aerodromes, helipads, marine, on tops of hills or where distance and wind strength is an issue.
Cord supplied to attach windsock to frame.
2.4kg weight
Dimensions
To fit a 600mm diameter frame ring.
Windsock length is 2.5 metres long.

Uses
We can manufacture a windsock to fit your frame from Extra Small to Extra Large.

All we need is the frame ring diameter measurement.

Small Frame
Mounting: The frame sits in the top of a 25/26mm seamless pipe with a custom made up mounting bracket.

Large Frame
Mounting: The frame turns on bearings and screws onto a threaded pipe as it has a 1 to 2 ½ pipe reduction threaded fitting (71mm inside diameter thread). .
